Fabrik, Grupo Planeta’s Corporate Venture.
Grupo Planeta invests in projects and startups through Fabrik, supporting the creation of new business models. To achieve this, Fabrik engages with the entrepreneurial ecosystem through two investment vehicles.
Venture Investment. We identify and participate in pre-seed and seed-stage startups through investment and support. Our goal is to strengthen their growth and industrialize them, either integrating them into one of Grupo Planeta’s business areas or generating a significant return through the sale of our stake.
On the other hand, Corporate Venture Building allows us to internally develop entrepreneurial projects with a greater strategic focus. The ultimate goal is to integrate them into one of our business units once the project has been consolidated.
