Antena 3 is the leading Spanish multimedia group. Listed on the stock market since 2003, it operates in the main areas of the audiovisual business, such as free-to-air commercial television, radio, cinema, internet, and mobile telephony, among others. Antena 3 TV, Neox, and Nova (with a fourth channel joining in 2010) make up the family of television channels in the Group, which was the leading private broadcaster in terms of audience in Spain during 2009.

The radio offering is concentrated in Onda Cero, the only alternative to the dominant Spanish radio stations, and the music station Europa FM, which has quadrupled its audience over the past four years. In advertising, Atres Advertising is an undisputed reference, managing a variety of media, alongside Movierecord for cinema advertising, and Antena 3 Eventos for event development and production.

Antena 3 is committed to Spanish cinema, producing films for both cinema and television through Antena 3 Films. Furthermore, through Antena 3 Multimedia, the Group has undergone a deep transformation of its portals and remained at the forefront of activities in telephony, teletext, and licensing.

Antena 3 has revolutionized television with the 3.0 concept, offering its programming through its three television channels (A3, Neox, and Nova) and the main platforms (TV, internet, mobile and smartphones, tablets, consoles, blu-ray...) so viewers can choose where, when, and how they want to watch different content.

The Ponle Freno campaign, led by the Antena 3 Group, stands out as a genuine social movement aimed at reducing road accidents. Along with the Antena 3 Foundation, it represents one of the pillars of the Group's corporate responsibility policy.
