labutxaca

labutxaca is the pocket-sized imprint of Grup 62, created three years ago and already having published over 300 titles. Its philosophy is to bring the most important catalog in Catalan to as many readers as possible, with the highest quality at an affordable price.

In addition to contemporary books, labutxaca has ventured into universal classics and revived the legendary crime novel collection La cua de palla. Also notable are volumes of poetry and short stories by 20th-century Catalan authors. Another characteristic is its innovation, as it has published previously unreleased titles in Catalan and even new releases directly in pocket format.

labutxaca collaborates with Meteora, Bromera, Libros del Asteroide, Cossetània, and Pagès Editors.
