Professional Direct Sales (PDS) forms part of the Direct Sales division of the Planeta Group.

For over sixty years, Grupo Planeta has led the direct sales sector in Spain and Latin America, thanks to its solidity, dynamism and capacity for innovation.

PDS is in the business of professional direct sales of three major product lines: art-luxury, wellbeing-home and culture-leisure. Thanks to its powerful professional sales network, currently made up of almost a thousand salespeople spread over 17 delegations throughout the national territory, PDS is the largest professional direct sales network in Spain.

The origin of PDS dates back to 1956, when Grupo Planeta founded the first company dedicated to direct sales, with the commitment to create quality products that cover all the cultural, learning, leisure and well-being needs of the family.

Throughout this long history, we have been pioneers in the publication of works with audiovisual complements and in the introduction of both digital formats and online editions as well as the most modern multimedia and online supports.

Since its inception, the business has evolved and changed its name until it reached the current PDS, the leading professional commercial organisation in Spain.
