The Office of Good Practices guarantees the investigation of all notifications received, and guarantees the total CONFIDENTIALITY AND ANONYMITY of the person providing the information, as well as the identity of any third party mentioned in the communication, granting adequate protection to the informant against retaliation.
Whenever evidence is available, it should be attached to the communication, as it will facilitate the investigation and be a greater guarantee of its successful resolution.
In addition, in the case of criminal, serious or very serious administrative offences and breaches of European Union law, any person may report directly to the Independent Authority for the Protection of Whistleblowers (AAI), apart from communication through the internal information channel.
