Barcelona Culinary Hub offers an educational proposal connected to the current reality of gastronomy and conceived as an ecosystem for learning and professional growth. It supports individuals throughout their journey —from initial training to specialization and leadership— with programs adapted to different stages and goals. Its offering includes Vocational Training, Bachelor's Degrees, and Master's Degrees, combining practical learning with academic rigor. In addition, it incorporates key areas for development in the restaurant and gastronomic business sectors, such as communication, innovation, financial management, and team leadership, with a practical and industry-connected approach.

Since 2026, Barcelona Culinary Hub has incorporated an alliance with Martín Berasategui under the name Barcelona Culinary Hub by Martín Berasategui. This collaboration marks a new academic stage for the institution by strengthening its educational model with the chef’s experience, rigor, and philosophy. In this phase, the institution maintains its commitment to comprehensive training in cooking, management, and the gastronomic business, aligned with current sector challenges and with a focus on sustainable development.
